SCHOOL TOUR details

Below are the details for each tour. The elementary tours are at the same time with the high school tour immediately following.

Some rules that apply for each tour:

  1. All visitors must wear a mask

  2. If you have any mobility limitations, please email me (tim.m.martin@gmail.com) so that we can make appropriate accommodations.

  3. There is a welcome message on the HHS school marquee to welcoming your class ‘Back to the Nest’ and would provide a great backdrop for a photo opportunity.

Moyer Elementary Tour

9:30am – 10:15am – Moyer Elementary


Dr. Dawn Laber, Principal of Moyer Elementary, will be hosting the tour. Classmates are to park in the lot behind the building and Dr. Laber will meet you there. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can be on time for the HHS tour immediately following at 10:30am.
All visitors must wear a mask.

Johnson Elementary Tour

9:30am – 10:15am – Johnson Elementary

Amy Shaffer will be hosting this tour. Classmates are to park in the staff lot on the north side of the building (enter via Cliffview Ave). You will meet at the ‘Office Entry’ sign. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can be on time for the HHS tour immediately following at 10:30am.

highlands high school tour

10:30am – 11:30am/12n – Highlands High School

Amy Shaffer and Jason Gay, HHS Media Specialist, will be hosting the tour. Classmates can park in the reserved spots in the staff lot across from the High School. Meet at the North Entrance (PAC entrance on the far left of the building). We anticipate this tour taking between 60 – 90 minutes.

All visitors must wear a mask.

Some last minute items

  1. Saturday September 25th is fast approaching! We are less than 2 weeks away and are getting down to crunch time! We are looking forward to seeing everyone!

  2. We have decided to change the ticket policy... In lieu of tickets this year, we are asking for donations. The donations help cover the costs of putting on this event and any left over funds will be donated to the Henry Hosea House.
    $15 per person is the suggested donation. Click HERE to make your donation.

  3. For those who have already purchased tickets, we will gladly refund the difference, or contribute the additional to the overall donation. Tim will be reaching out to you individually.

  4. Please have your tickets purchased by next Sunday, Sept 19th!

  5. We will be accepting photos of Jimmy Parker up until Tuesday Sept 21st. Upload photos HERE
